1. What we collect

Account details (email), date of birth (to confirm you are 18+; we store only your age), profile information you provide, your market and ZIP-area for matching and deals (never precise GPS), usage data, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers).

2. Location & precision

Your profile is shown to others by area (e.g. "Ohio City (Northeast Ohio)" or by ZIP area) — never as an exact pin or street address. You control distance visibility in Settings; incognito hides you from discovery entirely. Photos are re-encoded in your browser before upload so camera metadata (EXIF, including GPS) is removed.

3. How we use it

To operate matching and messaging, surface nearby venue deals, keep the community safe, process payments, and send the notifications you have enabled. You control notification categories in Settings.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, messaging) under contract, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights

You can view and edit your profile, adjust privacy and notification settings, and delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is a hard delete — profile, matches, messages, and related records are removed.

6. Retention & security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal and safety obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.
