1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Bonnie's N Clydes you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Bonnie's N Clydes.

2. The service

Bonnie's N Clydes helps two people plan and share real-world dates and discover local venue deals. We provide the platform; we do not conduct background checks and are not responsible for the conduct of any member. Always meet in public and tell a trusted contact your plans.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, impersonation, solicitation, spam, illegal activity, or content that is unlawful or harmful. Do not use the service to collect other members' information or to arrange anything that would put another member at risk.

5. Subscriptions & deals

Paid plans and venue deals are governed by the pricing shown at purchase. Deal redemptions are subject to the participating venue's terms and availability. Subscription billing renews until cancelled.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonnie's N Clydes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members.

7. Changes & contact
